Congratulations to the winners of the ERSA Employability Awards 2020

On 23rd July 2020, ICONI joined an online celebration as the overall winners of the 2020 ERSA Employability Awards were announced.
The awards celebrate the achievements of organisations and individuals working in partnership to help jobseekers in their journey towards, into and progression in work.
As proud sponsor of the Disability and Health Provider category, we’d like to extend our congratulations to the four nominees:
- Essex County Council, nominated by Genius Within CIC
- Ideal for All
- Autism Plus
- Let’s Get Working Project, Social Enterprise Kent
The overall winner was announced as Ideal for All. Based in the West Midlands, this user-led charity and social enterprise work to make life better for disabled, elderly and vulnerable people and their carers. Ideal for All encourage and enable disabled people to gain sustained meaningful employment, increase their employability and develop skills towards the world of work. Since 1996 they have supported over 25,000 people.

Managing Director, Liam Jordan introduced the Disability and Health Provider category at the online awards, and reiterated ICONI’s commitment to the employability sector:
“We know from our own customers just how challenging the last few months have been, especially when beneficiary support is primarily delivered face-to-face. It’s clear that the work of those helping jobseekers progress into work is more important now than ever. For this reason, we’re really pleased to continue to be part of these awards, and to help shine a spotlight on the achievements of all these organisations and individuals from the employability sector.

Our mission has always been to help not for profits, charities and the public sector positively change lives. We’re proud that over the last few months, our customers have been able to use our software platform to ensure continuity of support to programme participants.”
Congratulations once again to Ideal to All for winning the Disability and Health Provider Award. Special mention also goes to Social Enterprise Kent whose “Let’s Get Working Project” received a highly commended in the same category.
