Feature Spotlight: Course Module

We’re excited to share details of something our developers have been busy working on – a new “Course Module”, available as either an upgrade to Customer’s existing Multi-Programme Solution (MPS) solution, or configured in a new MPS solution.

Let’s take a look at the benefits of the new module…

1. Easily set up and manage multi-session, multi-day courses
Register participants attending multi-session courses, recording their attendance per-session for the duration of the course.

2. Flexible course registration
Courses can be opened up to all participants on a programme, or targeted to focus on specific locations i.e. addressing local needs.

3. Full control and delegation for course organisers
Each course organiser maintains full control over all settings for their course, but they can also allocate a trainer to record session attendance and upload documentation, e.g. training materials and session sign-in sheets.

4. Manage course popularity and waiting lists
Easily review the popularity of your courses, and manage course waiting lists.

5. Send SMS messages to course participants
Easily manage your communications by sending course participants either individual or group SMS messages.

6. Time-saving features in a new interface
A more intuitive interface includes the ability for the course manager to complete a number of bulk actions e.g. create a new course by copying a previous course, and enable sessions to import from multiple courses.
