Our new Cloud Services Team

We are pleased to announce that following an internal restructure, we have created a Cloud Services Team, led by our Senior Cloud Engineer, Ryan Neill.

The team manages our cloud infrastructure, including our customer solutions and software development platforms. Their work will help to improve the efficiency of our software platform and customer solutions through automation, further stability, improved security and better performance.

The change was implemented to further support our core goal of providing our customers with the latest technology solutions, embedded with the expertise that accompanies our 19 years’ experience of helping organisations positively change people’s lives. However, the decision proved to have even greater value at the start of the COVID-19 crisis as were we able to immediately switch to remote working, without any impact to the services and support that we provide.
